Michigan Could Dominate 2019 NFL Draft

A number of those players will be playing on Sundays.ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. recently updated his draft board, and Michigan players are all over the top position lists.Two Michigan football players made Mel Kiper’s Top 10, and five others land on his positional lists.Linebacker Devin Bush Jr. and defensive lineman Rashan Gary are both potential top 10 picks, per Kiper. He has them at Nos. 6 and 8 respectively in his top prospects list.As noted by the Detroit Free Press, seven Michigan players in total are ranked within the top 10 of their positions.Senior Karan Higdon is Kiper’s No. 5-ranked running back while junior Ben Bredeson is his No. 3-ranked offensive guard.Defensively, Gary is the No. 2 defensive end while Bush comes in as the No. 2 inside linebacker. Junior cornerbacks David Long and Lavert Hill rank Nos. 7 and 8, respectively.Kiper lists senior defensive end Chase Winovich as an outside linebacker prospect.
