first_imgTALISAY City – West Visayas StateUniversity (WVSU) clinched the crown of the women’s basketball during the 2020Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (RSCUAA) Meet.WVSU captured the women’s basketball championship following a 52-51 escape overNorthern Iloilo Polytechnic State College behind the game winning shot ofCamille Limotao.Prior to the endgame heroics of Limotao, it was Charm Talamor who fueled WVSU’soffense in the gold medal match.Meanwhile, the WVSU Women’s Beach Volleyball settled for a bronze finish afterventing revenge on Carlos Hilado Memorial State College in their battle forthird showdown.In the elimination round, WVSU posted wins over Northern Negros State Collegeof Science and Technology, Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College and AklanState University before losing to Carlos Hilado. WVSU was also defeated byGuimaras in the semifinals bout. ‘I miss United but I’m happy at Real’- Ronaldo
